Now that I can tune into the stations, noted in the subject line, on my T4 ,Build 20201121, am I able to save them to my internal HDD?

Yes.
Set off an Instant Recording when playing the radio service.
Add a manual timer from the timers list, selecting the radio service.
Add a timer for the event from the (radio) EPG - but not if you're using IceTV.

There's an update in the pipeline that allows the IceTV EPG to include FTA EPG data in channels that have no IceTV data.
