4K Broadcast TV Coming Soon...

Post by IanSav » Fri Mar 30, 2018 14:23

Hi All,

If you are in Sydney it will be coming even sooner: https://www.stereo.net.au/news/4k-free- ... -in-sydney

The DVB-T2 based 4K broadcast trials have started in Chatswood but are due to start across Sydney between April and June 2018.

Regards,
Ian.

Are the current batch of Beyonwiz tuners compatible with DVB-T2 ? Maybe internal tuners should be plug in modules?

Hi Netmask,

I think many of the tuners are DVB-T2 compatible. The question may be more is the Beyonwiz firmware still able to receive DVB-T2 broadcasts.

Those in Sydney will have an opportunity to find out soon.

Regards,
Ian.
