That night friend what you are trying to do.
The product that you linked doesn't look like it can cover to ISDB-T, rather it supports DVB-C.

If you are using the T2 as the source device, then encoding is output, then that product should work.

If you want to use the T2 as the destination, then no, the T2 does not support either DVB-C or ISDB-T standards.

It might be theoretically possible to fit the T2 hardware with a USB ISDB-T tuner, but I have no idea it there any drivers available for such a product. I am doubtful if there are.

The T2 hardware will not be able to receive ATSC input. One of the tuners in the T2 is a multi-standard tuner and it can support DVB-T/DVB-T2/DVB-C, however the standard Beyonwiz firmware only supports tuning DVB-C channels per ACMA allocation. The T2 should have no issues with receiving the IPTV output from the encoder box.

Short answer, it could be made to work, but would require some expertise/effort.

Have another look at his post in the other thread. The quote is more obviously just a cut and paste.

I hadn't noticed that the blue bar in the posts were links. I feel a banning coming on.
