Guide for Channel 72

Post by np » Mon Dec 07, 2009 12:50

Hi guys,

I am a user of ICETV and noticed that my channel 72 (plus other channels) guide is empty. Is this a config issue of some type or is it that ice do not provide a guide for these channels at this stage ?

DP-S1 -> Yamaha 663 Amp (Optical)
IceTV, DP-S1 Always On, 1.05.280 Firmware, Wired LAN connection, Harmony 785

Seven2 is available on the IceTV Web page for the Sydney guide, so I imagine the data for Sydney is available for the Beyonwiz EPG. Is it enabled in your My Account settings in IceTV?

Do you have any duplicate services (when you go to the service LIST and press BLUE for All Services, do some services appear more than once)? Duplicat services can cause problems for IceTV.

Which other channels are you missing IceTV data for?

Thanks Peter, yes I do have it enabled in my account settings but not sure about duplicate services, I will check it out tonight and advise.

Rescanning the affected channels has always fixed this issue for me.
