Use bouquet, not terrestrial, in epg for V2

Post by Charlotte » Sat Oct 30, 2021 15:59

Hi
I’ve just got a new V2. I’ve set up favourites. If I press fav on remote I first get the full terrestrial, press again and there are my 20 favourites (show as TV”) in the order I put them in. The terrestrial comes up in the epg, not my favourites. I’ve set “show bouquet on launch”. I’m obviously doing something wrong. Any suggestions?
Cheers, Charlotte.

Unset "Show bouquet on launch".

Then go live TV, then press FAV, FAV, and select Favourites and then select any channel by pressing OK. Then Favourites will be your default bouquet.

The reason for having to select a channel to select a bouquet is that it ensures that your current channel is one that's in the bouquet.

Thank you so much Peter. I had tried without show bouquet on launch, but not the other stuff.

No problem. It's a common question.

Setting "Show bouquet on launch" will present a bouquet choice menu every time you open the EPG, which probably isn't what you want. I think it's more intended for satellite TV users, where there are typically a large number of bouquets available.
