.ts converted from .tvwiz not working on U4

Yes, from the last time this was discussed, I'm pretty sure it's specific to the U4.

I was just verifying that the V2 was also not affected. V2 was not around the last time this came up.

… I found a very simple solution: rename the file from "<filename>.ts" to "<filename>.mpg".

I don't know if it will work on every file …

That was one of the things I tried back when testing was originally being done on this issue in 2018.

In my post here I posted: “I tried renaming the extension of one of the topped edited test files to .mpg from .ts to see what happens. Well the U4 played it from its own HDD until I skipped forward. It then got massive picture tearing/video breakup, much worse than the cheap & nasty Beyonwiz mini USB tuner gets on our T2.”

I only tried it on the one .ts recording, but on the one I tried it wasn’t successful. Perhaps it works on some & not on others.
