Help needed to fix CEC settings

When I press the on/off button to turn both TV & V2 on my V2 is now always rebooting and TV reports that it can't find any signal. After it goes through the whole reboot it has its signal but then hasn't a TV connection to send it to.

I had made some changes in the CEC settings, and obviously were wrong and I am uncertain as just how to fix problem.

Please let me know how I can fix this.

I was trying to get this fixed but it appears that I have made things worse.

The TV was going on this morning. I had forgotten that I had set it to record something in the middle of the night.

Is there a guide to using CEC.? Failing that can I get all of my settings saved and then doing a complete reset?
