Cannot connect to the update server

G'day, I am pretty tired these days so excuse me if I am out of my depth now...

Haven't tried to check for updates on my V2 since we moved 8 months ago and I am getting an "Error: Your v2 cannot connect to the update server" and I don't know what to do from here.

Network is working, getting good speeds and I can access the V2 via the network from all computers.

Can someone take pity on my old bones (Huge grin) and tell me what is required please? I at least want to get the updated picons due to the recent channel shuffles.

Update to the most recent firmware using the USB update method. Once you have done that, you will be given the opportunity to update the picons online.

Peteru, thanks for the help. All done, not a single issue. Wish I could get help like this when I talk to MS!!

Now I can leave the beyonwiz to my wife (I get no say in using it, I just do all the free tech support, even out of hours!! EVIL GRIN(c)) and get back to finishing my own software one of these days but it's too damned hot to think!!!
