V2 Freezing when scrolling through EPG

Hi,

My sisters V2 freezes a lot when scrolling through the EPG guide. Sometimes comes back but a lot of the time have to reboot machine. Currently only 2 tuner unit (waiting on dual tuner and hub to arrive). Running 20191106 software and have wifi dongle plugged into USB2 port and 1TB seagate plugged into USB3 port. Anyone else having freezing issues?

I only ran the V2 for a short time, and also waiting for the 2 tuner USB, don't remember any freezing in the EPG. I'll test it when the tuner arrives, before I hand it over to my wife.

Tuners were supposed to be sent from US 7th Jan, arrive at BW a few days later, and be posted to us. Haven't heard anything since (that was 1st Jan).

Can you give an idea of what sort of scrolling causes the problem?

Are you, for example, pressing and holding the RIGHT button to scroll Forward in time and then it locks up?
(I generally don't tend to press-and hold very often and suspect others are the same so we may not have seen this).

Do you see a spinner when this happens?

Does it get set off by an emptt event or some other oddity?

Received the USB tuner yesterday, I've tested the Guide today, and have had no freezing while scrolling.
