Chromecast with Google TV

Hi

I've been using e2RemotePro on my iPad for a while now and find it plays back all my recording with no delay even when remote using a VPN back to my router. I am taking a weeks holiday later this week and wanted to watch some shows via my Chromecast with Google TV and was wondering if anyone had some good apps they use from Google Play Store? I have a Plex Server but find the HD channel content either takes a long time to start playing or results in an error message. SD content plays fine.

Heading off on holidays tomorrow so I'll just continue to watch on iPad using e2RemotePro. Enjoy your weekend everybody.
