Ipad can stream recording but not live TV

Hi, just installed the Beyonwiz IOS app on an iPad to use with our trusty T3. No problems streaming recordings with the app but when I attempt to stream live TV , initially get the black screen with the small rotating processing image the middle but then get the following message:

Player error Sorry! Cannot play the stream

Check your STB configuration

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Are you attempting to watch one of the commercial HD channels when that happens? Or does it happen for all channels?

On my Nexus7 I have trouble viewing video on those channels, but the others are ok. It is fine on my phone though.

Does it work if you stream live TV to your PC via the web interface?

Thanks for the response. It was all TV channels but in frustration I deleted the App from the iPad and reinstalled it to force it to go through the initial setup again. Still had to go down the custom path as the auto doesn't find the T3 but this time everything now works: can stream both TV and Recordings with no problems.

I think this can be brought about by having all your tuners being used recording.
