New to the T series. I've been playing with the iOS app and find that it is good for live tv, but when trying to play recordings, it plays OK for about 1 minute and then the video pixellates and freezes, the audio continues fine. Is this the state of play with the app or may it be an issue with my setup?
I've reinstalled the app. Issue shows up on an iPad Air 2 and an iPad mini.

I've noticed something similar but only when trying to playback recordings from HD channels.
My T4 is wired via Ethernet, but the iPad is obviously wireless, so it may just be a case of limited throughput on a wireless network for streaming HD recordings.
I've got a bit more testing to do (eg. is the iPad connecting via a N wireless, how many other devices are competing for my wireless bandwidth in the house, etc)
