Beyonwiz Shop USELESS

I know this isnt the right place for this request but im at a loss and hope someone can guide me...

My young kids dropped the T4 remote too many times that it now rattles, so my beyonwiz T4 doesnt work with a broken remote....and >2 weeks ago i purchased a replacement remote and received an order number 11847 , I have emailed beyonwiz 4 times with no response and tried calling the number on the webiste https://beyonwiz.com.au/contact-us/ which is disconnected.

Any idea whats going on with their online shop? Has Beyonwiz gone bankrupt and if so how do i get a refund?
Yes i know there's an app but seriouslt thats not as good as a rmote and YES im sure there's a unversal all in one remote, but my point is, i placed an order in Sept and my money was happily deducted but where's my item and customer service now?!

If you paid by credit card or PayPal you can ask for a charge back.

Apparently the business has ceased trading but has been selling off remaining stock. Until now people have been getting replacement remotes so I'm surprised you are having a problem.

Perhaps more accurate is the parent company has been deregistered as previously posted. It's plausible the business name and residual stock has been assigned to a different entity but its assets would be negligible so the chance of pursuing a remedy would be small.

Personally, I consider the recent reports of problems with Beyonwiz to be extremely disappointing and the lack of response unacceptable.

Yeah my extra V2 remote died after less than a year, attempted to get replacement but never heard back.

Found a multi remote that's pretty good that's not a Logitech, Sofabaton. Easy to program via an App on your phone and bluetooth.

I've got one to Bob. They're not too bad. Not as good as the Logitech but it works the basics. Got mine on Amazon Prime AU.
