How can I get someone from beyonwiz to contact me?

Hi there. I’ve tried multiple ways & times to contact Beyonwiz, however to no avail it seems.

I have deleted the mobile number from your post. It is not good practice as forums gets scrapped and info gets collected for all sorts of dubious means.

Once you are established and can send private messages including it there would be fine.

The only Beyonwiz representative on the forum is WizHQ (the owner of the company). Otherwise it's just users here.

You could try sending a PM to that account, but you'll need to post in the forum a few more times before you can do that. Just make a few posts to the Test Forum to get you up to a post count of 5 (I think).

Hi, I too am having trouble getting in contact with Beyonwiz. I have raised support tickets for my PVR which is under warranty 2 weeks ago and have not received any response. I have also left messages with Beyonwiz sales and still to no avail. How long is the average wait time to receive a response? I have purchased four Beyonwiz PVR over the years and the customer service has diminished so much so that I will question whether to buy Beyonwiz again. Very disappointed, I hope posting will get a response.

No, I said that after you'd made 5 posts, you'd be able to send a private message to WizHQ (the Beyonwiz CEO). I didn't say it would be noticed any more than anything else you'd done.

No worries…I must say it’s all a little confusing, however I think I did post a message directly to the owner.
