What's good to do in Adelaide on a weeknight?

I'm in Adelaide this week for a few evenings and looking for any evening recommendations.
I'm staying near Hindmarsh Square and have just been out to The Exeter and The Schnithouse. Looking for anything particularly homegrown or hip casual.
I saw the Adelaide Fringe is on. Seems to be a bit on out there.
