Ice Epg not showing after move to Bendigo

We recently moved from metro Melbourne to Bendigo area. The ice guy that used to work perfectly in metro Melbourne but just shows blank in Bendigo I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have a V2 running 19.3 firmware. Would anybodyHave any clues about how I can correct this. The logs indicate that the ice TV Guide be retrieved. And I have moved my location to Bendigo on the ice TV website.

What did the IceTV customer support people say? Do they still provide phone support to paying customers?

Did you perform a service scan at your new location?

Yes I did a service scan and it managed to pick up all of the TV stations and radio stations. When I turn off the ice TV service I can get to the over the air TV Guide okay. As soon as I turn on the ice TV service again I get just the television stations and no radio stations. But that’s fine I don’t want the radio stations. But the guy that has no programs in it.
I haven’t tried the ice TV support line yet as it was working fine and it’s only the move that seems to be different.

What is shown in the IceTV log when you do a "Fetch EPG and update timers now"?

Did you change your IceTV region? You can do this by running IceTV setup wizard (MENU>Setup>IceTV setup wizard) as a New User, and select the new region when you're asked to set it.

You'll probably need it set to VIC - Bendigo.

When you've done that, you should probably check your IceTV user Web pages and make sure that the region has been set correctly there after you've run the IceTV setup wizard.

There's an online support form at https://support.icetv.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new, and support is available through the IceTV forum, http://forum.icetv.com.au/iceforum/, but I couldn't find a phone contact.

The Beyonwiz IceTV plugin saves the user's region when the setup wizard is run for a new user (and uses that when requesting the channel list). It's not enough to just change the IceTV side.

I also noticed that the region list in the Beyonwiz plugin setup wizard is in a random order (the key order in a Python dict). It should be sorted.

Righto - so that'll be the issue then, the location is "stuck" in Melbourne.

Thanks for the advice. I re ran the Wizard and it fixed the issue. Looks like it was stuck in Melbourne.
