Ok, this is bizarre. Delete PVR option was definitely not there all afternoon when i was playing around.
Went back just now and it's there
Deleted and re-setup. Did not reset anything.....

No news on that front yet. Keep an eye on the latest beta firmware thread.

Interesting that it allowed you to connect and set up the connection in the first place though.

How long did it take before the connection was lost?
What device are you hosting your Plex server on?
Do you allow your T4 to go to Deep Standby?

I haven't had any disconnections (that I have noticed) since setting it up on my Plex server, though the whole PlexDVR still needs quite a lot of work on Plex's side before it becomes a really usable product (hence I don't actually use it for much other than testing atm).

Does restarting the Plex software or rebooting the PC kick it into action?

I've seen the T4 fail to detect properly before, but that's only ever affected the initial setup in my experience.

Good stuff :)

Just remember that the feature is still pretty new on both the Plex and Beyonwiz side, so things may not be smooth for a while.

And just to throw another spanner in the works, IceTV fetches are a bit flaky at the moment.

I am still yet to ever see the Ice guide work with PlexDVR. I have been using the default guide that Plex offers.

I haven't had success with plugin detecting my T2 on both occasions now. I put the IP and port and it just searches but if I proceed to next screen it had found it? Anyway I just tried the iceTV epg connection and it worked so that's great I can leverage off that existing subscription too :)

Last piece of the puzzle I'd like to solve. If I record HD content on Plex DVR it plays back fine remotely. Previously when I linked the T-Series hard drive as a library in Plex it didn't seem to transcode it without freezing and jagged like playback. If I'm away remotely short of recording both on T-series and Plex DVR is there a way I can use the T-series recording?

Not expecting answers on this one, but thought I'd ask just in case someone else has figured out a way.

Thanks in advance.
