Icetv won't automatically update

Icetv has stopped automatically updating one of my T4s. The other one is ok. I have to manually click 'fetch epg and update timers now'. Does it immediately, no worries.
Have no idea what happened. Have logged in, enabled icetv; all fine.
What do I need to make this process automatic again please? Probably something simple, but I just can't work it out.

Have you record the T4 recently?

Do the IceTV logs in the IceTV plugin say anything interesting?

Sorry but I didn't understand your first sentence.

I looked at the logs on both T4s and the one that isn't updating has much sparser info than the one on the 'good' T4.

The site wouldn't let me attach the files and I'm on my iPhone and don't have time to work out why not ATM.

Hi Charlotte,

Go to the IceTV setup wizard in the plugin. Pick 'Existing or trial user' - what does field 'Connect to IceTV server every' have for a value?
What is it that won't automatically update - timers, EPG, or both?
Have you also tried disabling IceTV, restart GUI, re-enabling IceTV - is that what "Have logged in, enabled icetv; all fine." means?

Have just rebooted and will check later whether that's fixed it. Was set before to update every 15 minutes. What I meant before was when I clicked on 'fetch epg and update timers now', it always did that immediately. It was only the auto fetch and timer that weren't working.
