I reflashed the firmware via USB and all is good again. I think this is the third or fourth time this has happened since I've had the T4 (Oct. 2015), so it looks like a once-a-year thing for me anyway.
Below are the serial logs for anyone interested, the first is a regular boot, the second with the flash mem corrupted.
Has anyone else been seeing flash mem issues like this other than me?
