Only 2 tuners working on U4

I have had my u4 a couple of months now. I have only recently tried to record more than 2 programs at once. However, I have now discovered I can't record more than 2 programs at once. It seems tuner C is not working. I don't have the usb tuner connected.

Have you tried plugging the antenna directly into tuner C? (Then set preferred tuner to C)

Do you have the jumper cable connected between Tuner1(Dual) output and Tuner2 input?

Thanks all. The jumper lead was missing from the second antenae input. All ok now. Sorry for late reply. Building and moving house.
