Got on new T2 on Friday (BareBones) and the power supply showed sings of damage (scratches and gouges). I sent and email to sales (including photos) and was advised that it was the wrong power supply (several others had been reported with the wrong power supply) and they would send a replacement. I was advised that the current one should be OK to use. Unlike the power supply for exiting T2 there is no blue power on light.
The power supply appears to be 5 years old (apparently made in March 2011 - coded as 2011.3). While a unit made 5 years ago may work without issue, the age may well increase the likelihood of failure.
So if you get a new T2 check the power supply carefully.
