ON my T4, When I try to play a downloaded tv show, an mkv file from a usb stick with a format of E-AC-3 (Codec ID A-EAC3) I hear no sound. When I hold the audio button down, I get the message
"No audio tracks to select from". Video is fine. If I play the same file directly through my USB connection in my 4K TV, I hear the audio fine. But I would prefer to play all my files through the T4 if possible.
I have no issues hearing other codecs AAC and AC-3 on the T4.
Are there any settings / add ons I can adjust to get E-AC-3 support on the T4?
Thanks
Boris

This topic has received some discussion here already.
In short, there is no current support for it, and no active development effort going into future support at the moment.
