Mkv files audio only

Just flashed v19.3 and thought I'd try playing a mkv video.

All I get is a frozen picture, but audio and subtitles play.

How come BW won't play these files in 2020?

Its a T4 playing file off internal Hdd.

Post the detail from a mediainfo inspection of the file.
Likely a format profile above the limits - viewtopic.php?f=47&t=12767&p=171572#p171572
