Disk replacement T2 query

Hi experts ... I have just replaced the HDD in my T2 with a Samsung 870 Evo 1Tb SSD. I've never done this before. When I installed it and turned it on, it came up with the warning "The timer file (timers.xml) is corrupt and could not be loaded". I pressed OK, and it's now showing a "Job View" progress screen, but it's been sitting on 0/100 for about 20 mins now with no progress. Do I need to do anything? Thanks!

UPDATE: It kept showing the same screen unchanging. After an hour or so I pressed "OK" and it wanted to reboot. Once it did so, it seems to be working fine! Thanks anyway guys.
