ICE TV program issue

Hoping somone can help please.

My ICE TV program guide is not showing. However, when I look at the Menu/Timers the programs to be recorded are listed.

I have gone into Menu/ICETV/Fetch EPG etc and when I look at the Show Log, it shows that the updates have Updated OK.

I have also been into my ICT TV Account and the Guide Setting look like they are listed correctly.

I then went into My Recorders and did a Resend all recordings to this device. However, the Show Log in the V2 doesn't show any update at the time the ICE Resend was done.

How can I get my Program Guide back?

You can force a re-load of the IceTV EPG in MENU>IceTV, and in there, Disable IceTV, Enable IceTV, Fetch EPG and update timers now.

If you do a Resend Timers in your IceTV Web page, that doesn't send the timers immediately, only when your PVR next contacts IceTV. If you want the Resend Timers to work immediately, you need to do Fetch EPG and update timers now after you to the IceTV side resend. But none of that will force a full update of the EPG.

The IceTV servers had a minor meltdown on Friday. If you reboot your Wiz, the EPG information should now populate correctly.

It looks like ICETV system has had another meltdown. Their website has been down since last night.

They had a problem with auDA killing their DNS. It's back up again now.
