T4 EPG not working on some channels

When I step through the channel on my T4 using the up/down rocker on the remote. the channel and program identification appear at the bottom of the screen for each channel (i.e. the indication of what is being broadcast in real-time and is on the screen).

Going into the EPG, the full list of channels is displayed in the left-hand column, as usual. However, initially, all the program info was blank. If I select a particular channel to view, after a while the program info becomes populated. However, this does not happen with Channel 9 and its associated channels - the EPG content is missing.

Is it just that I am not being patient enough and will have to wait for an extended period for the data to be transmitted and loaded into the EPG? Or is there a known problem that is causing this?

You shouldn't have to wait more than about a minute on any channel for that channel's broadcaster's EPG to load fully.

You should only need to visit one channel from each broadcaster to fully load the EPG.
