V2 Not playing to the end

Hi All
I purchased a V2 for a "spare" , I have a T3 and a T4 and my main viewing platform is a WIN7 MCE box.
I top and tail my recordings on the MCE box and a few weeks ago (as we were traveling) I decided to use the new V2 with a SD card and take away some recordings placed onto the SD card. The SD card was setup on the V2.

I converted the WTV to TS and ran "createapscfiles.exe" on them to produce the sc and ap files.

Now when I play them on the V2 I miss the end as play stop about 2-5 seconds before the end.
I thought it might have been the SD card I was using so I've now done a test with a SSD connected to the USB3 port and I get the same issue.

I moved the recording from the V2 to the T3 and it play right to the end.

Anyone got any ideas on what is going on?

As a test, if you delete the *.ap and *.sc files for a recording, does it then play to the end?
What if you use "FFremux" (viewtopic.php?f=47&t=12458#p183367)
What if you convert it off the box to MKV/MP4?
Or just leave an extra 5 seconds now that you know

I think the Wiz will use the "internal" enigma2 player for transport streams and the GStreamer player for other types.
This may just be a difference between ARM and MIPS-architecture players.

The recordings I keep are on my MCE box so the conversion needs to be done from WTV to TS , but I'll try converting to something else and I'll see if it solves my issue.
As I said this V2 is a "spare" and it was being used as a "test"while traveling.
I'll need to connect up the V2 to do some more testing but your comment about "This may just be a difference between ARM and MIPS-architecture players" could be the issue and I'll have to sort out a work around.

That work around could simply be leaving a bit extra on the end of the recorded program when tailing.
