IMDB Not working Correctly (again)

About two days ago the IMDB look up stopped giving the detailed results. It would do the serach and find the program, but when you select details it appears to timeout. Standard practice reboot / reimage didn't work. Found the latest update from oct/2021, I was on July 2021 update. Applied the 20211010 version and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled IMD plugin and reinstalled still doesn't work. Anyone have ideas?

Fix submitted upstream and here's a patch for Beyonwiz. Extract it where the Wiz can see it, run imdb/setup.sh, restart (no backup this time).

Tried to do an IMDB search in the epg on 2 different movies (The cold light of day - 7mate, Bill - sbs world movies) and both times the spinning cursor came up and hard locked the U4. Had to power cycle to reboot. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yeah, something's changed causing the regex to choke (even had to stop it on the PC). Working on an entirely new approach...

Here's the update, sorry it took so long. As before there's no backup and it will also patch the default skins (for the dynamic TEXT icon).

New features:

• press MEDIA to display a bigger poster;
• press TEXT to display a synopsis (if available);
• press MENU to save (to /home/root/logs/imdb*; HTML will save the current poster; text with poster will save the big poster if you displayed it, otherwise it will download the full-size poster).

A small issue -
Press the Imdb Search button to bring up the Title list
Press the Media button on any highlighted title - gui restart.

It works as intended if you press the Details button first, after highlighting an entry in the Title list.

Since I use OverlayHD but don't know which panel names and widgets are essential I cheated as set out below but it's working ok on the T4. The widget names matched but some paths to pixmaps changed so I went with the new widgets. The panel names were all different so I added the new ones but didn't delete the old ones in case they are still referenced.

Old:

Swapped to Full-Metal-Wizard skin and applied patch. Copied lines 124 to 139 of skin_plugins.xml of FMW skin.

Opened OverlayHD and, after making a backup, I replaced lines 390-399 of its skin_plugins.xml with the copied lines. Swapped back to OverlayHD and now it works. This has the effect of using the FMW skin layout in lieu of the OverlayHD skin layout but hey, it's working!
