Page up/down on LEFT/RIGHT in startup wizard?

Would people like to have page up/down on LEFT/RIGHT in all the selection list screens in the startup wizard and not just in some of them (e.g in the time zone selection lists and the language selection list, if it gets added)?

I guess it depends if there are any toggle sliders in any of the menus. (I don't recall any offhand)

It's sort of a shame that LEFT/RIGHT function in any screen if they can't be applied consistently (at least from an end-user's perspective of consistent)

It only applies to "select from a list of items", like the time zone selection lists.
