Portrait videos not rotated

I've found portrait (vertical) videos shot on a mobile phone with a Rotation tag value will not be rotated when playing on the T4, so they are incorrectly played in landscape. The following from a .mov container shot on an iPhone 7:

I'm still on 17.5/20190207, I don't know if it has been fixed in 19.3? If not, would it be possible to respect the Rotation tag value please, as more and more video seems to be shot on mobile phones nowadays.

Not supported and unlikely to be supported in the future. None of the existing hardware platforms have API support for this.
