BUG: MultiEPG doesn't obey the "hide empty services" setting

As-per the topic title. "Hide empty services" is obeyed by the standard Graphical EGP, Single EPG, and Infobar EPG, but not the Multi-EPG.

Tested using the HDMI-IN service.
