Plugin feed offline?

Post by tyreless » Wed Dec 14, 2022 12:51

Is the plugin feed offline now? I'm wanting to install epgrefresh but I can't get my T2 to bring up a list of available plugins.
Cheers,

Yes, been down since late October.

If you're desperate for EPGRefresh, my guess is you could download the source files (.py, .xml, .png) from - https://github.com/oe-alliance/enigma2- ... efresh/src
and copy them to - /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/EPGRefresh

Otherwise, setup 5 or 6 repeating daily timers as per the example in step 3 -> viewtopic.php?f=50&t=12668&p=172490#p172490
If you're slightly adventurous, use the "AutoVisit" script -> viewtopic.php?f=46&t=12968

At the risk of stretching the friendship, any chance of adding reconstructscap and fstab-editor? These are the other two plugins I regularly use. Demand would be low but, if need be, I'll go the Github route.

Greatly appreciate the initiative of hosting the epgrefresh plugin though I don't use it myself.

reconstructscap is in C (or C++), not in Python. That's not necessarily a barrier, but it's not as simple as just putting the source files in the right place on the PVR.

Done.

Nor do I, using GG's script.

It's been Python for just shy of ten years (createapscfiles is still C++, though).

The domain lapsed and was snatched up by a cybersquatter.

From what I can tell eTPM is only on OpenATV, so you may as well just remove PluginsPanel.

where do i uninstall the plugins named OpenATV and PluginsPanel.

I searched all through the list of plugins, in the folders below, and the plugins were not located.

i searched via the plugins page and the plugin browser and i did not locate them.

the two screenshots below depict the installed plugins on my T2.

please help.

OpenATV is an alternate firmware.

Press RED, then select Extensions, you should find pluginspanel & pluginupdater there.

The feeds have been offline for a year, how are you getting these errors now?

i was recently trying to install the plugin, IceTV, which i did use previously. However the IceTV plugin was not in my list of installed plugins - dont know why.

I received the errors when i tried to locate and reinstall the IceTV plugin. obviously, i was unable to install the plugin because the Updater no longer works.

Do you know how i can download and install the IceTV plugin?
