How do I install this plugin?

Okay you devs, how do I install this full plugin hierarchy? I downloaded the zip of the full e2iStream plugin. The unzipped resultant file structure is shown below.
How do I go about installing it? Do I have to tar these files, then change the resultant file's .tar extension to .ipk and then use opkg (or File Commander) to install the *.ipk file?

I realised it's the same hierarchy as when the plugin is installed.
Compare U4's plugin install from December last year, and which was auto-updated last month, with the extracted zip hierarchy. Same, same.
So, I copied the extracted files/folders over to my T2. Made the 'IPTVPlayer' directory in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/ and then copied the files over. Rebooted. Pressed BLUE extensions menu from live TV, Bob's your uncle, there is 'E2iStream'. Fire it up, it goes through its prerequisite install steps. Job done.
