Can't connect to T3 on wireless to network....
Can't connect to T3 on wireless to network....
For whatever reason I can't seem to connect to my home network with the T3 and USB dongle. I can use the wizard OK and it detects the home network OK, I have the DHCP set to automatic and tried all the WPA, WPA2 and WEP and put the home network password in but each time I activate it I get the 'it's not working' reply... so I see No IP address. I have rebooted the modem and access points. Any ideas of what else I can try...

Perhaps temporarily disable the Wi-Fi security on the wireless access points.
Which dongle?
Which firmware on the T3?

Which firmware on the T3?
Re: Can't connect to T3 on wireless to network....
The firmware is the latest v17.5
The dongle - i mean the usb wi-fi with antenna you buy from beyonwiz.
When laptops and phones can see the network and logon I'm at a loss as to why beyonwiz can't.
I have multiple access points and beyonwiz won't connect to any of them .....

17.5 is a family of firmware versions. Do you mean the latest official version, 20180417, or the latest public beta, 20181003?

Have you recently updated to the 20180417 general release f/w or a later beta? Had the Wi-Fi dongle previously worked on the T3? If so, which firmware versions?

By "Which dongle?" I meant what model as Beyonwiz sell two different models. I'll assume it's the 300Mbps 2.4 GHz Wireless-N RTL8192CU-chipped unit (not the RTL8811AU-chipped unit with 150Mbps on 'N' 2.4 GHz + 433Mbps on 'AC' 5 GHz).
We know that the RTL8192CU driver has throughput issues on 20180417 (and later), but it does at least work,

To see if it's a password/security setting issue, try temporarily disabling security on your access points as I suggested (as you stated previously the dongle detects your home network).
Try setting an IP address instead of using DHCP.
Can you try a different wireless channel on the closest AP?
