Cant see T4 on PC or App

HI,
I did a search and couldnt find anything related so i'll try my luck asking.

All of a sudden my T4 cant be viewed on my PC or the Android app.
It is seen by my router it can access the internet etc but i cant access it via anything else over wifi.
My firmware is 16.1 and i havent changed any settings, once its setup and working i leave it and its been working fine for months.
Its got its own IP i have tried to ping it, nothing, used browsers and still nothing...its strange as everything seems to be working fine.
I just dont have any ideas left or i have missed something.
I checked the log and this came up

Has your T4 changed its IP address? Check via MENU>>Information>>Network - are the details shown there correct? Internet and Link statuses lit green?
Can you ping the T4 by the IP address shown ? Access OpenWebif by that IP address (http://{ip-address-of-T4} instead of http://beyonwizt4 or whatever network name you've changed it to)?

Are the PC and T4 on the same network subnet (the first three segments of the IP address should be the same)? Check the PC's details by executing ipconfig in a Windows command prompt and compare details.

Have you rebooted both the router/wireless access point and T4?

Thanks for your reply.
No IP is the same, never changed.
I only access it via the IP in browser eg 192.168.1.3 never used http://beyonwizt4 .
So yes tried to ping, times out.
Subnet the same 255.255.255.0
Yes restarted T4 many times and router, router picks it up fine no issues and give me all the info on it. Run the test on the T4 and all is good.
Android app doesnt see it also.
I'm puzzled on it

It sounds to me like something is broken on your PC networking if you can't ping by IP address yet your router knows all about the T4, and the T4 network test returns a pass.
That diagnosis is out of my league, sorry.

Yeah thats what i thought also but doesnt explain why the android app cant see it also and only the router can see it.

... I checked the log ...

I've tracked down the code that generates those log messages, and they happen when a client has connected to the Beyonwiz DLNA server, but than unexpectedly closes the connection.

That makes it look as though the clients are successfully connecting to the Beyonwiz, but are then abandoning the connection.

Do you have two WLAN SSIDs on your router/access point? I do, and sometimes the poxy WizOS app won't reconnect until either I switch SSIDs on the mobile device, or go into the app settings for that PVR and choose a different SSID.

The whole thing sound like traffic is reaching the Wiz, but no traffic is being successfully returned to the other devices on your LAN. ie. You have data that is only working in one direction.

I couldn't guess the exact mechanism for why that is happening given just the information provided though. Maybe an intermittent partial connection on one of your Ethernet cables.

Ok so i have it going again on pc but not the app.
All i did was remove my wifi card drivers restarted the pc and bam it was there....
And yes i have 2g and 5g and i use the 5g connection but my phone switch to the 2g and now it works...
Man feel like a moron now haha
I knew it was something simple i missed
