OpenWebIf only opens on Tablet

I have tried opening OpenWebIf on my tablet and it always works.

If I add the exact same address onto my phone it fails as well as PC and just last month a new laptop.

Why should this happen?

Open WebIf should work on your phone if the phone is using your home WiFi. It may not work if your phone is using VPN. It will not work when your phone is out of reach of your home WiFi, or your phone isn't configured to use your home Wifi, and the phone is using G3/G4/G5 mobile data.

It may be possible to get your phone to work when it's using mobile data, but the setup is not trivial.
