As easy as!

Here's a professional tip: If you want to ensure that your HDD is not damaged during installation, be careful not to apply pressure to the top of the HDD. In particular, when fitting the HDD to the caddy, do not push the HDD drive down at any other points than at the corners, where the HDD lid sits firmly against the walls of the HDD case.

Tip #2: Put the screws in a small dish. That way you can drop the screwdriver on it, and really make playing "WTF are the screws?" fun!"

And put it well away from the work area. That way you avoid scattering the screws all over the place as happens with the case screws in the video. Even better, use a container you can close.

Also, unlike what's done in the video, keep the machine screws that are used to hold the HDD into the caddy separate from the self-tapping screws that are used to close the case and to attach the caddy to the chassis. If the self-tappers are large enough, they will wreck the threading in the threaded holes in the HDD if you screw the self-tappers into the HDD.
