WizPlayer

Post by kiwi » Thu Jun 02, 2011 19:22

I am trying to use WizPlayer.

When I push "Beyonwiz Search" it finds the first 63 files on my wiz and then gives the error:

Socket error 11004

Which I found using goggle to mean "Valid name, no data record of requested type".

Unfortunately the first 63 items on my wiz are all "play school" or "Angelina Ballerina".

Any ideas how I might get to see a full list of files?

You could try YARDWiz. It doesn't have a player, but you can play the file as it downloads using VLC (if your download speed is fast enough).

I am keen to use WizPlayer.

Is this one of those times when I need to re-index the files?

When I bring up the file play menu and press the lowest/right button nothing seems to happen. When should I observe when I re-index the files?

There's a popup that says that re-indexing has started. What firmware version are you running?

System ID 0908 0000 0A22 9E3C
Firmware DPP2-01.07.350
Loader 1.1.3.1.76

I am now getting a popup to say that it is re-indexing. I was not pressing OK to enter the recordings pane.

However, WizPlayer is still only listing the first 63 entries.
