DP LITE Sound Level Drop bug

Hi New guy.

I did search on this DP LITE issue but nada. Unit is 2010-11 era.

Sound Level drops away suddenly for a brief period ...a phrase or half a sentence. Always seems to be at the punchline of a joke or a witty aside (love standup).

It's not just 30db softer, it's a bit mangled...have to put then speech to text on to 'get it', and that, friends, is not the secret of good comedic timing.
(Help me!!)

Problem since 2012. Not getting worse or better.

Though I've factory reset and installed latest firmware, retuned...well a while back , but it made no difference at all.

Happens across all channels. It would happen a few times an hour. Happens whether recording or not.

It's in recorded files in the same place too, but perfectly recorded bits replayed never show this effect on replay. So it must be in the reception phase...

What are the reception strength and quality figures like?
How many channels are affected?
What are the audio settings on your Beyonwiz?
Have you have the unit refurbished since you purchased it?
