dp lite recordings don't turn on

my dp lite has become hard to turn on, sometimes it will work with the remote, but usually I have to use the front button. the main problem is that if it is off, the recordings don't turn it on, so they are lost. I installed the latest firmware.....no improvement. I have unplugged and replugged all the internals several times......no improvement.............help!!!!!!

Hi Davidm,
The symptoms you describe are typical of a failing power supply in the DP series. The best repair option is Decisive Computer Solutions .

Mark is a really good guy and affordable. He has rebuilt or repaired my 3 DP series machines and my T3.
