Given the hardware requirements, not really likely.

Hi,

Still, it would be a nice feature to have available on the Beyonwiz.

Regards,
Ian.

And a standard feature on iiNet.

Unfortunately, ABC's DRM is basically tied up in their use of FlashPlayer (I think, or something very similar) for iView. One of which the Beyonwiz does not have, and, I suspect, is unlikely to get.

Edit: you can still download MPEGs from ABC, but only the ABC's own productions, and the quality is pretty ordinary.

No longer a trial. Now a standard feature along with news groups and other candy.

Yep, it's Flash alright - that's a real bummer Prl, I was really hoping BW was going down this path.

Unfortunately there are lots of things that people take for granted on PCs (and even much smaller devices like iPhone) that would be useful on the Beyonwiz, but are unlikely to ever be implemented because of the inherent limitations of the device.

It wouldn't surprise me if sometime the Beyonwiz had some video streaming capability from a content provider, but I have no idea when it may happen of what form it would take.
