wiztv not working

Hi I havent had my Beyonwiz box very long so I may be doing something wrong but when I click on the wiztv buton on my remote it comes up with Filed to acess page. we have the internet conected so I don't know why it wont connect? Please help, also having problems with it not always recording what is scedulaed to record.
