Anyone know the difference between the EM8623L and the EM8623L-LF

Can't find any mention of the EM8623L-LF on the SD website.

I expect that it's just a packaging designator, LF probably refers to Lead Free (although I have no hard evidence of this, so will defer to anyone with better information).
