....Any hope of getting a working link to a manual for this unit? I've hunted around but all the links I come across are outdated..... I'm disappointed that there is no manual available as a download on the main BW site, given that it was a product that was sold.....

There is a lot of DP series stuff in https://www.beyonwiz.com.au/media/downloads/, including manuals, but there doesn't seem to be anything there about the AP-U1.

None of the DP series firmware source code was ever released, if that's what you mean by "code".

The AP-U1, IMNSHO, is not a great remote. It came from the factory pre-programmed with one set of Beyonwiz codes (only about 90% compatible), but these were just loaded into the "user" memory. If at any stage you reset the AP-U1, all the Beyonwiz codes would be lost and the only way to get them back was to re-learn them from the original Beyonwiz remote.

The AP-U1 ergonomics are not great. It also chews through batteries like there's no tomorrow.

Personally, I'd save myself the headaches of trying to use the AP-U1 and post it into the e-waste slot at the nearest collection point.

I have one of these when my DP-P1 remote like my P2 remotes died
So other than going through the manual learn method, is there a code I can enter into the remote to allow control of a P2
I know the factory code for the P1 is 2999 which can program to something else

Yes I am aware of the poor performance of the AP-U1 but I have one so would like to out it to use
