I have one of these remotes and recently I have noticed two odd things.
1. The display backlight is flickering when transmitting. This might be low battery although I have only recently changed the batteries and it did have a low battery indicator that is not the case here, so I am guessing its a fault.
2. Transmitting when set to SAT appears to not always transmit. If I press many times eventually it starts working. At first I thought it was every device but if I am using other devices it works. I then thought perhaps the receiver on the BW was blocked and I have then tested using the original remote and that works perfectly.
I got this for free as a part of the christmas bonus promotion so would this be replaceable under warranty, if so who do I contact?
What do you guys think?
