Your blocks will come and go as your IP address changes. On some occasions your IP address happens to be in the database of known spammers.

Your best bet is to have a clean network and use an ISP that assigns you a static IP address. Such ISPs are not the most common, but IM(NS)HO are the preferred choice.

Second best bet is to use an ISP that hands out dynamic IP addresses, but does not use carrier grade NAT. Most ISPs fit that category, but with some you need to explicitly request that they provide you with a connection that is not using carrier grade NAT. If you are using such an ISP, it is in your best interest to not restart your networking equipment so that your IP address does not change very often.

If you are using a connection where your IP changes often and / or is shared with lots of people, you can expect blocks in many places. For example, many CDNs will make you confirm that you are a human before you are allowed to access a site. You have probably seen this as various captchas that make you match pictures, although some variations just use a script that keeps your browser busy for a few seconds and slows you down.

If your IP gets blocked posting on the Beyonwiz forums, there's not much that anyone can do to unblock you specifically. Not even Jai. The blocks are done at the global level, before the traffic is compared to the manual block list on the forum server. The usual IP blocks we have for overseas spammers (subnet wide blocks) are not even consulted, so we can not unblock you. To unblock you due to the problems you are experiencing (mostly with posting) would require disabling spammer protection for the entire Beyonwiz forum server and as you can probably appreciate, that is a big ask. This type of filtering blocks hundreds of spams every day.

tl;dr: Some ISPs are more reputable / better than others and that can affect the quality of your Internet experience. Your experience may be less than optimal (and no just at the Beyonwiz forums) because the IP address that your ISP is giving you has been flagged as a major source of undesirable activity that has triggered a number of cybersecurity alarms.
