Hisense TV and Harmony Remotes

I've never been able to get my Harmony 700 to work with my Hisense TV and I finally found out why on the Harmony page

"Hisense HL65XT780PZLN3D
Harmony is unable to control this device
This device used radio frequency (RF) technology and cannot be controlled with an infrared (IR) based remote such as Harmony."
