V2 Firmware Upgrade

My T4 recently died so I connected up a V2 I had inherited. It needs a firware upgrade as it is currenly 20191106. When I connected I reset to factory default and set up again. When I tried to do an online update I got the message (see attached). It has been saying that for 3 days now. I then tried a USB update and when I unzipped the files all I got were the 2 on the other photo. Any ideas?

Online update, apart from the picons (and Adoxa's private plugins feed, which you have to set up for), is no longer available. You'll need to update from USB:

You'll need to download the USB update from one of the listed Alternative locations links.
