Contacting Beyonwiz

Hi.

I have been trying to contact Beyonwiz for several days now.

I am getting no response at all.

Three emails over several days and some phone calls going to voicemail, and thats it. NOTHING.

Very disappointed. Not the usual BW response.

BTW - subject matter to Beyonwiz was their non existent shipping list and a missing dongle.

Any ideas.

Did you hear from them?

If you are waiting on the Dual Tuner USB dongle they received the aerial connection cable they were waiting on and shipped both the Tuner and Cable out this week - I received mine on Thursday. They did let me know there would be a delay when the shipped the V2 standard unit to me a couple of weeks ago

Thank you.

There was no shipping information with the consignment so I was unaware that BW knew the part was missing.

Anyway I told them I no longer wanted it and they are giving me a refund.
