Thanks for the replies I managed to get a power supply from NASA however it did not fix the issue so I am now in the market for a replacement T4 or U4 however from what you guys are saying Beyonwiz is out of Business or Hibernating. They do not reply on the phone, email, forums or contact us links so I assume no one is manning the store.

Power supply problems are rarely if ever mentioned with the T4. Usually it is a pair of tuners or HDD related problems. Not sure why you wanted to replace the PSU.

Since buying a T4 or U4 is down to chance if someone offers one up for sale, can I ask if you asked Nasa to look at overhauling it?

The tuners can be fixed if caught early as can HDD problems. However, if corrosion from a breakdown of the heatsink cement is the problem then it is possibly terminal.
